Aerial silks
One of the most popular aerial disciplines, aerial silks involves using two lengths of fabric rigged from the ceiling. You will first learn a variety of climbs to build your strength and get you in the air. As you progress you will be able to wrap your body and go upside down to get some photo-worthy moves. If you´re up for a challenge you can also work towards drops from a height.

Aerial hoop
Aerial Hoop is a circular steel ring that provides the perfect frame for your acrobatic moves and makes this discipline extremely dynamic. It provides an excellent platform for an endless combination of transitions and fluid movements, especially when spinning.

Aerial slings (hammock)
Aerial Slings is a great way to get into aerial. For many it's an ideal introduction to the aerial arts. A soft fabric hammock, that provides you support when in the air.

Corde lisse (Aerial rope)
Corde Lisse is French for ‘Smooth Rope’. A single 35mm-wide soft cotton rope suspends from a single point on the ceiling to provide an endless combination of beats, pirouettes, drops, wraps and figures for an expressive range of movement.
